Stay Safe with Responsible Gaming at 499bad
499bad believes that betting should be a source of fun — not problems. Follow our responsible gaming guidelines and stay protected.
Our Commitment
Responsible gaming at 499bad is not just a rule — it is part of our core values.
Enjoying online betting and casino games is perfectly normal entertainment, but it stays healthy only when done in a controlled and mindful way. At 499bad, we want every player to have fun — free from pressure or anxiety. That is why we are committed to ensuring a responsible gaming environment for all our users.
Remember, betting is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed way to earn money. Placing more bets to recover losses is never a solution. Each game outcome is determined independently, and previous results have no effect on future ones. Upholding responsible gaming principles at 499bad is something we take very seriously.
Our platform offers protective features including deposit limits, self-exclusion, time-out, and more. This page will help you understand how to keep yourself protected and where to find help if you need it.
Responsible Gaming Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. These limits help you stay within a set budget and reduce the risk of overspending. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a minimum waiting period.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, betting on your account will be completely suspended. Access will be restored automatically once the time-out ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, you can choose self-exclusion. This option will keep your account inactive for 6 months to 5 years, and no promotional communications will be sent to you during this time.
Reality Check Reminders
You will receive notifications about your session duration and gaming activity at regular intervals. These reminders keep you aware of how long you have been playing and help you assess your situation.
Account History Review
You can view the complete history of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Regularly reviewing your own spending patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-speaking support team is always ready to help with any questions or concerns about responsible gaming. Get immediate assistance via live chat — any time of day or night.
For users aged 21 and above only
